Wahloomans are the water elemental loomans of Umland, an island on the planet LUM. LUM in Cantonese means "thinking." LUM is a world born of Mel's wonderings of the world we live in, our ecosystems, political systems, and the social nature of plants, animals, and fungus. LUM examines the nature of life and death, our collective and individual roles in creating and destroying the world we live in, as well as how we interact with time.
